A Well-crafted beer is a beautiful thing

At Bonneville Brewery, we care about beer. We’re not trying to turn the industry on its head or take over the world. We just think a well-crafted beer is a beautiful thing and strive to create the best, most enjoyable beer we can. We like to build our best interpretations of classic styles, but we aren’t afraid to explore new territory, either. Our only goal is to produce a wide variety of ales and lagers that are reliably satisfying and keep you coming back for more.

Seasonal Beers

Ton Up

Brown Ale

This is a Northern English Brown Ale. It is made with carmelized brown malt and a small amount of chocolate malt for a lovely reddish-brown color and touch of roast in the finish. Hints of toasted malt, graham cracker and nuttiness define the flavor profile, which is accented by a slight hint of earthy English hops.

In the 50s and 60s, British motorcyclists would modify their bikes into café racers, the predecessors of modern sportbikes, and race each other between cafes, betting pints of beer like this one on the outcome. "Cracking a Ton" was a slang term for breaking 100 mph, and the young leather-clad bikers became known as "Ton Up Boys"
